Custom CRM
A custom CRM is justified when the sales or service process is the business, and a generic tool keeps bending until nobody trusts it. IncogX builds the pipeline, the permissions, and the integrations around the way your team already works.

In brief, then in detail
- Accounts, contacts, and the pipeline. Stages that match how a deal or a case actually moves. A stage is not added because a demo looked busy.
- Activities and ownership. Calls, notes, tasks, and a named owner. If two people can edit the same deal, the record says who did.
- Permissions. A representative sees their book. A manager sees the team. Finance sees what finance is allowed to see. Export is a privilege, not a default.
- Integrations and reporting. Mail, telephony, the website, the billing system. Reports use one definition of a won deal, so Monday’s meeting is not an argument about the spreadsheet.
How it is run
Discovery writes the real pipeline with the people who live in it. A CSM-certified analyst turns that into stories and acceptance tests. A PMP-certified project manager keeps the integration list from becoming an unbounded programme. Senior engineers connect the systems. ISTQB-certified testers check permissions as carefully as they check the happy path. If a packaged CRM already fits, IncogX will say so.
IncogX staffs engagements with PMP-certified project managers, business analysts who hold the Certified ScrumMaster credential, and ISTQB-certified testers. PMP is issued by PMI, CSM by Scrum Alliance, and ISTQB by the International Software Testing Qualifications Board. Certificate numbers are not published. Senior engineers on these teams have more than ten years in production systems.

Terms, in plain language
- CRM. The system of record for relationships: who the customer is, what was promised, and what happens next.
- Pipeline. The stages a deal or case moves through, with an owner and a definition of done for each stage.
- System of record. The place that wins when two tools disagree. The CRM should be that place for the relationship.
- Integration. A versioned exchange with mail, billing, or the product, including what happens when the other side is down.
