MLM software
MLM software is the operating system of a direct-selling business: who joined, who sponsored them, what rank they hold, and what the plan says they are owed. IncogX builds that system so the rules are written, tested, and auditable.

In brief, then in detail
- Distributor enrolment. Application, approval, a unique identity, and the sponsor who introduced them. The record is the source of truth, not a spreadsheet.
- Genealogy. The tree of sponsors and placements, drawn the way the plan defines it. A person can see their line. An administrator can see the exception.
- Ranks and commissions. Rules for personal volume, group volume, rank, and payout. Each rule is a test, so a change in the plan does not silently change last month’s pay.
- Wallets, payouts, and the shop. Balances, withdrawal requests, and a storefront a distributor can share. Payment providers are integrated. They are not a promise of income.
How it is run
A PMP-certified project manager holds the scope of the plan rules. A CSM-certified business analyst turns those rules into acceptance criteria a tester can fail on purpose. ISTQB-certified quality staff prove the commission examples the sponsor signs. Senior engineers with more than ten years in production systems build the calculation and the integrations. IncogX implements the compensation plan the client owns. It does not design a plan to disguise a pyramid, and it will say so if the rules cannot be explained in plain language.
IncogX staffs engagements with PMP-certified project managers, business analysts who hold the Certified ScrumMaster credential, and ISTQB-certified testers. PMP is issued by PMI, CSM by Scrum Alliance, and ISTQB by the International Software Testing Qualifications Board. Certificate numbers are not published. Senior engineers on these teams have more than ten years in production systems.

- Genealogy. The record of who sponsored or placed whom. The plan decides which tree matters.
- Commission engine. The code that applies the written rules to volumes and produces a payout figure someone can trace.
- Rank. A status in the plan, earned by stated conditions. It is not a job title inside IncogX.
- Audit trail. Who changed a rule, a placement, or a payout, and when. Required before the first commission run.
