Data solutions
A dashboard nobody trusts is not a data product. IncogX designs the system of record, the analytical path, and the rules for who owns a number and who may see it.

In brief, then in detail
- Systems of record. The database that is allowed to be right. Transactions, constraints, and a backup that has been restored at least once in a drill.
- The analytical path. How operational data becomes a report without a monthly spreadsheet ritual. Models, refresh, and a definition of each metric.
- Ownership. Every important number has a person who can explain it. If two reports disagree, the work is to find which definition is official.
- Privacy by design. What is collected, why, for how long, and who can export it. Consent and access are requirements, not a policy PDF.
How it is run
Data work is scoped like any other product. The first increment is often one trusted metric, not a platform diagram. Quality rules sit next to the pipeline: what happens when a source is late, duplicated, or wrong. AI features, if any, consume data the organisation has a right to use, and a person remains accountable for the decision.

Terms, in plain language
- System of record. The place that is authoritative for a fact. Other copies are downstream, and they do not win an argument.
- Metric definition. The exact meaning of a number, including filters and time. Without it, two honest reports will disagree.
- Lineage. The path from a source to a figure. It is how you answer where this number came from.
- Data minimisation. Collect what the job needs. Keep it only as long as the job, the law, and the promise to the person require.
