Example work

IncogX does not publish client names. These are patterns: the problem, the control, and the kind of outcome. They are not advertisements borrowed from a logo wall.

In brief, then in detail

  • Manufacturing: ERP across 50+ locations. One operating model, many plants. The work was a rollout in waves, with a pilot that was allowed to correct the template.
  • Banking: biometric authentication. A mobile banking journey where sign-in had to be strong and still completable when biometrics failed. The institution is not named.
  • Healthcare: AWS migration. A platform moved with a staged cutover, access and audit treated as scope, and a rollback that was designed before the window.
  • What is deliberately missing. Logos, quotes from unnamed executives, and numbers we cannot show you the source of. Satisfaction figures on the company page are IncogX’s own summary, not a client quotation.

How it is run

Each pattern followed the same delivery shape. Discovery before a date was promised. Architecture before production code. Scrum once the backlog was real. Testing on the unhappy paths. A handover, not a disappearance. If your situation rhymes with one of these, the useful next step is a conversation about your constraint, not a claim that your project will match a case study.

Patterns

  • Multi-site ERP
  • Biometric banking
  • Healthcare on AWS
  • Wave rollout
  • Staged cutover
  • Private clients

Terms, in plain language

  • Pattern. A kind of problem and a kind of control. It is not your scope, your date, or your risk.
  • Pilot. A first slice used to learn, before the rest of the organisation inherits the design.
  • Staged cutover. Moving in parts, with a way back, instead of one irreversible weekend.
  • Confidentiality. Client names and materials stay private. An NDA is signed before a project shares them.
