In brief, then in detail
- PMP-certified project managers. They hold PMI’s Project Management Professional credential. Scope, schedule, cost, risk, and status are written so a sponsor can audit them. Certificate numbers are not published on this site.
- CSM-certified business analysts. They hold Scrum Alliance’s Certified ScrumMaster credential and use that Scrum training to write the backlog, the acceptance criteria, and the workshops. CSM is a Scrum credential, not a separate business-analysis licence. The people in this role are the analysts on the engagement.
- ISTQB-certified quality. Testers hold a certification from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board. They design the checks, including the cases meant to fail, and they do not sign off because a demo looked fine.
- Senior engineers, 10+ years. Developers with more than ten years in production systems. They take the blocked release, the failing integration, and the legacy constraint. Experience means the problem is diagnosed and given a path. It is not a promise that every issue has a same-day fix.
