WordPress
WordPress is the right tool when editors need to publish and the business still needs software around the page. IncogX builds themes, custom plugins, and WooCommerce shops that can be upgraded without fear.

In brief, then in detail
- A site editors can run. Blocks, fields, and roles so marketing can publish a page. The developer is not required for a paragraph change.
- Custom plugins. The behaviour that is unique to you lives in a plugin with a name, a version, and tests. It does not live as an edit inside a theme you cannot update.
- WooCommerce. Catalogue, checkout, and the integrations the shop needs. The same care as any other commerce build: failed payment, stock, and tax.
- Speed, security, and upgrades. A current core, reviewed plugins, backups, and a page that loads. An abandoned plugin is treated as a risk, not as a feature.
How it is run
Scope distinguishes the marketing site from the software hiding inside it. A PMP-certified project manager keeps that boundary. A CSM-certified analyst writes what editors and customers must be able to do. Senior engineers build the plugin and the integrations. ISTQB-certified testers cover publishing, checkout, and the upgrade path. IncogX does not leave a site that can only be changed by the person who built it.
IncogX staffs engagements with PMP-certified project managers, business analysts who hold the Certified ScrumMaster credential, and ISTQB-certified testers. PMP is issued by PMI, CSM by Scrum Alliance, and ISTQB by the International Software Testing Qualifications Board. Certificate numbers are not published. Senior engineers on these teams have more than ten years in production systems.

Terms, in plain language
- Plugin. Packaged behaviour WordPress can turn on, version, and update. The right home for custom rules.
- Theme. Presentation. It should stay thin enough that a core update does not require a rewrite.
- WooCommerce. The commerce layer on WordPress: products, cart, checkout, and orders.
- Upgrade path. Proof that the next WordPress or plugin update can be applied on a copy before it is applied in production.
